Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree (D3/SI) in Computer Science / Informatics or related major
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Able to work in teams as well as individuals
- Able to work under pressure, able to maintain composure under pressure
- Highly motivated, proactive and innovative
- Good Knowledge of trouble shooting hardware (printer, desktop, laptop, server, etc.)
- Good Knowledge of trouble shooting software ( Windows(7/8/10), Wind Server, Antivirus, Office, etc.)
- Good Knowledge of Networking (Fiber Optic, Mikrotik, Firewall, Access Point, etc.)
- Plus Value working experience in hotel environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English
