• Responsile for developing and tracking overall project scope and timeline to ensure projects are delivered ontime
• Provide regular communication on project status, schedules, issue, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate between departments to achieve company goals
• Document and record project progression throughout the project lifecycle
• Present multi- project overviews and detail to both upper management and development team

Required Skills and Experience
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and collaboration skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously with changing deadlines and priorities while staying committed to quality
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Teach techniques and support effective training for the team
• Ability to work indenpendently, lead and motivate cross- functionally towards project goals
• Proven skills in leadership and management
• Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
• Understand Agile/scrum methodologies along with knowledge of DevOps practice of operations is preferred
• Experience in banking projects are preferred.
