Job Description:
– Create content marketing for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc) with ownership for strategy, planning and execution
– Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns and events
– Performance tracking, A/B testing and day-to-day optimization
– Identify trends, insights, and optimize campaign performance based on the insights gathered
– Deliver good quality traffics to meet company’s goals
– Manage acquisition budgets and generate performance reports of defined key metrics across channels
– Identify problems, opportunities and implement solutions to improve growth performance
– Ensure all digital campaigns are delivered according to the brief, on time and within budget

– 1-2 Years of Experience in this field
– Experience executing digital paid campaigns
– Full understanding of all social media platforms
– Demonstrate previous experience in implementing, tracking, managing medium to large campaigns on Google Ads & Facebook Ads
– Full understanding of Google Analytics platform and functionalities
– Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
– Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
– Knowledge or experience in Cryptocurrency, Forex, CFD is a plus
